This page explains how to delete data associated with the Glyphraid app
(package com.terryouyang.glyphraid), and how to ask us to delete it for you.
There is no sign-up, no sign-in, and no user account of any kind. We never ask for your name or your email address, and there is no server holding a profile for you. Because no account exists, there is no account to delete.
All of your learning progress (card mastery, unlocked content, run history, reminder settings, coin balance) is stored only on your own device. It is never uploaded to us.
The app sends anonymous usage events (for example, that a battle was completed) tagged with a random device identifier. That identifier is not linked to your name, your email, or any account, because we hold none of those. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
You can still ask us to delete the analytics records for your device:
Email terry@glyphraid.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
So that we can find the right records, please tell us your device model and roughly when you installed the app. If you have written to us before, sending the request from the same email address helps.
We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no charge, and we do not ask you for any identity document.
Deleting analytics data does not affect your learning progress, which lives on your device and is untouched by this request.
If you bought the one-time unlock, the record of that purchase is held by Apple or Google, who are the seller and the payment processor. We never see your name, your card, or your billing address, and we cannot delete or alter their transaction records. To ask about those, contact Apple or Google directly under their own privacy policies.
Analytics events are kept for as long as they are useful for improving the app, and are deleted on request as described above. Nothing else about you is retained, because nothing else about you is collected.
